Pay in your fundraising

Here is some information about paying in your funds.

Top ways to pay in funds

The following donation methods automatically add to a Special Named Fund's total.

JustGiving

Each Special Named Fund's page is built upon its own JustGiving page.

Clicking the Donate or Give now button on either page is the easiest way to add to a SNF fundraising total (which will appear in real time).

From these pages, you can click Open an online fundraising page or Start fundraising to set up your own JustGiving page. This will update the SNF's fundraising total in real time.

Fundraising pages

You can collect sponsorship through this page and see your personal fundraising total grow. This will update the total of the SNF that you are supporting too.

If you receive donations through any of the below offline methods, you can add these to the 'offline donations' on your fundraising page. Please let us know this by emailing specialnamedfunds@cclg.org.uk.

Creating a QR code

Add /qrcode to the end of your JustGiving page link to see its 'quick response code'.

Supporters can scan this using the camera on their smartphones. It will instantly direct them to make a donation to your JustGiving page.

If you would prefer to direct supporters to the Special Named Fund's page, you can create a QR code here.

Other donation methods

The following donation methods are added to the fund’s offline total once they have been received and processed by CCLG.

A Special Named Fund's offline total is updated quarterly.

Bank payment/transfer

Some supporters (mainly businesses) will prefer to donate via bank payment/transfer in which we can provide the details to do so upon request.

The supporter must email finance@cclg.org.uk (after the donation has been made) to confirm the donation amount, date of transaction and that the donation should be 'ringfenced' to a SNF.

Alternatively, some choose to donate via CAF (Charities Aid Foundation).

Cash

For any cash-related fundraising we advise that you pay funds into your own bank account and then make a payment to the SNF's page, via card, by clicking Donate or Give Now.

Cheque

Cheques must be made payable to Children's Cancer and Leukaemia Group or CCLG, be accompanied by a note to say that the donation should be 'ringfenced' to a Special Named Fund and sent to:

Children’s Cancer and Leukaemia Group, Century House, 24 De Montfort Street, Leicester, LE1 7GB

Direct debit

You may wish to set up a direct debit for a SNF for as little as £1 a week.

This can be completed by clicking Make a regular donation on the SNF's page.

Facebook fundraisers

Simply select ‘CCLG’ as your chosen charity and make sure you include the name of the Special Named Fund in the title (eg. Sally is fundraising for Bethany’s Wish at CCLG).

We will then see where your birthday fundraiser is intended to go, and 'ringfence' the funds accordingly.

Shop

You can put in an enquiry about ordering custom merchandise for your SNF here.

Sales through the CCLG Shop will not be 'ringfenced' to a Special Named Fund until the end of the financial year.

Text

Each SNF has a unique text donation code at the bottom of its page. Changing the number ‘5’ will alter the donation amount (eg. 5 = £5)

We do not accept text donations lower than £3.

Gift Aid

Increase your donation by 25% at no extra cost to you!

Donations made via JustGiving will give you the option to add Gift Aid if you are eligible to do so.

For the 'offline donations' mentioned above, please complete this form.

Thanking your supporters

Certificates

You can request a certificate for fundraising activities here. It's a great way of recognising the efforts of everyone involved and raising more awareness of a Special Named Fund.
